Counsellor Appointments

Students can make guidance appointments with their counsellor by visiting the Guidance office and scheduling an appointment on the counsellor schedule.

Parents or guardians can make a guidance appointment with their child's counsellor by calling and scheduling an appointment through the Guidance Secretary.

You can contact the Guidance Office during the office hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Wexford Guidance Updates

Brook Restoration PAID Pre-apprenticeship Program for Youth - Start Date: July 19th, 2021 This is a PAID pre - apprenticeship program ($18 /hour) that is free to join for any between the ages of 18 - 29. The program will start on July 19, 2021 and will be 10 weeks, Monday - Friday , from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. Some of the certificates that the young people will receive are: • WHMIS, Working at Heights • Respiratory fit testing • Workplace Safety, First Aid & CPR • Silica Awareness, A.O.D.A • CPI • Worker 4 step awareness, and many more! Some of the practical training that the young people will learn : • Working with Power tools, Masonry • Techniques, Working with concrete • Formwork - Basic Carpentry for Concrete • Mixing and Pouring • Concrete Cutting and Breaking • Waterproofing • Caulking and Sealants, Epoxy and Anchors Applications can be found online and submitted via: https://www.brookrestoration.ca/application

CEE Entertainment Trades Program - Start Date: August 2021 Jump-start your career in Entertainment Trades by registering for this free program geared towards supporting Black youths in launching their career behind the scenes in the film industry!
